I am a sole trader specialising in architectural plans for loft conversions, extension, alterations and general remodelling projects.
I have been preparing architectural plans since 1987.
Although I am based in Daventry, near Northampton, I cover areas much further afield. Location does not effect the work I do and I often joke that I cover anywhere - as long as I don't have to get on a boat !

I provide free, no-obligation quotations for plans for many types of domestic building work - conversions,
extensions and alterations.
Design . .
I will listen to each customer's requirements and what they want to achieve from their project.
I will offer advice to clients where I think alternatives might serve them better but I will always respect what they want
and work towards that.
Fully insured . .
I have Professional Indemnity insurance covering all designs I prepare.
Additionally, I use the services of fully
qualified structural engineers.

You started my journey to adapt our home, to make it safe and comfortable for Ray's return home.
